Throughout the year, we participate in various community events and seasonal festivals. At events like this, we are able to share our love of sewing with others.
From March 9 – 12 of 2022, for the first time ever, the Burlington Carousel Quilters will be co-hosting a four-day quilt show with another local guild. The event is called “Art Feeds the Soul” quilt show, and over 100 quilts will be on display! During the days before the event opens to the public, our quilts will be critiqued by a nationally certified quilt judge. So by the time the show opens on March 9, ribbons will be marking the best of our handiwork! To find out all the details, click on our “What’s Happening” tab and select “Joint Quilt Show.”
We also exhibit and sell handcrafted boutique items, and proceeds from sales support guild programming and purchase of supplies for charity sewing. Learn more about where your money goes when you purchase sewn items from us.
We celebrated National Quilting Day 2017 with our first pop-up quilt show at Holly Hill Mall. Check out photos from our quilt show and see local media coverage including Show to commemorate National Quilting Day and Burlington Carousel Quilt Guild shows off.
