* Annual membership is January 1st-December 31st. The annual membership dues are $25 per person and are due by January 31. New members or returning members joining after July 1st will be charged a prorated membership fee of $12.50 for the remainder of the year. No other prorating will apply. Membership dues are non-refundable. I acknowledge that the above information is correct. I agree that neither Burlington Carousel Quilt Guild nor Northside Fellowship is responsible for any injuries or damages to me or my property that may occur on the property of Northside Fellowship.
